Bruce R. Bares — President | CEO 
Mr. Bares deep and broad career experience began in 1975, as body and paint technician in his Father’s Wisconsin repair facility, eventually advancing to estimator and center manager.  In 1984, Bares joined the insurance industry as a field appraiser. Over the next 20 years with Colonial Penn, GE and AIG Bruce provided vision and leadership in the areas of regional and home office claims operations, national DRP oversight, and technology acquisitions. Bruce returned to the Collision repair segment as President and COO of a 10-location MSO.  In 2012, Bruce founded Certified Collision Centers, a regional MSO.  
Thomas M. Adams — SVP, Insurance Services | Managing Partner
Mr. Adams is an executive management consultant professional serving insurers, their trading partners and constituents since 1987.  Adams continues to consistently excel in accountable business development, national and strategic partnerships management, marketing strategy, and client services roles.  He’s previously held senior national accounts and business development roles with CCC information Services, Processclaims.com, and OEConnection.  Adams’ focus is creating and delivery value to the P&C community, as well as key strategic partners. Thomas is graduate of DePaul University, President of TAGmarketing, and a Founder of CCG.
Ernie Laky — Vice President, Procurement Services
Mr. Laky provides more than 30 years of experience in creating, negotiating and growing strategic partnership relationships within the automotive repair industry, and is responsible for the development and management of key CCG vendor programs.  Prior to joining CCG in 2016, Laky was Vice President for North America’s largest collision network for nearly two decades responsible for all procurement initiatives, and Standard Motor Products for nearly 14 years where he held in the same capacity. 
Marty Evans —  Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Evans joined CCG 2017, and is seasoned business development executive providing more than 25 years of direct automotive refinish and distribution sales and strategic account management experience to the automotive collision sector.  During his tenure with BASF Corporation, Evans responsibilities encompassed identifying and solidifying new business, as well as management of strategic accounts ― including large MSOs and key distribution channels across the Western U.S. and Canada.  Proving a deep understanding of the Affiliate value channels, since CCG inception, Marty is responsible for membership growth, is graduate of Ashford University.
Bob Cornelius — Vice President, Affiliate Services
Mr. Cornelius is a respected industry veteran, providing CCG Affiliates 40-plus years of insurance APD experience - including specialized design, implementation and management of national Catastrophe and DRP programs. Having held both regional and home office positions with Colonial Penn, The Hartford, USAA, and Ameriprise, Cornelius’ depth in understanding of DRP network creation and management provides for a keen ability to implement CCG network strategies. Bob and his team are entrusted with implementation of, and subsequent customer satisfaction for, Affiliate members of CCG’s national repair network.
Patrick J. Fahey — Vice President, Insurance Services
Mr. Fahey joins CCG with 27 years of industry property and casualty consulting experience, bringing best-in-class solutions to market. With deep domain knowledge, Fahey has developed successful networks and partnerships that yield significant value added gains to his clients. Fahey previously held executive sales and business development positions with CCC Information Services, Processclaims.com, Wheels Inc., Equian, and Driven Brands.  Patrick is a key driver of broad and deep insurance carrier relationships, responsible for ensuring the consistent value they derive from CCG’s differentiated solutions, and a is graduate of Eastern Illinois University.
Angela DeCrow — Insurance Services Manager
Ms. DeCrow joins CCG with a deep understanding of DRP processes, platforms and data analytics and b2b relationship management. Prior to joining CCG, Ms. DeCrow recently managed a DRP for the entirety of South Florida for a top 5 insurance carrier.  Angela’s responsibilities include hunting, nurturing, and managing carrier relationships – as well as national insurance service levels agreement performance.  Angela is a graduate of the University of Miami.  
David Ball — Affiliate Services Manager - West
Mr. Ball joins CCG with extensive knowledge of the collision industry to include experience in personnel management as well as a solid history of relationship management, sales and marketing successes, including 14 years of business development management with BASF, collision center management including recently opening a greenfield facility in AZ, training and service.  David is responsible for Affiliate member service loyalty across the Western U.S., holds a Masters School of Body Shop Management certification, is Mercedes Benz service certified, and a current at Southern New Hampshire University finance candidate.
Amanda Soper  —  Manager, Procurement Services
Ms. Soper joined CCG 2016 and provides more than a decade of national collision network procurement management,  vendor program services, trade show coordination, and accounting experience and know how.  She is responsible for day-to-day deployment, management, and success of CCG’s procurement services vendor program, and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
Sam Demas —  Business Analyst
Mr. Demas migrated to the automotive collision segment and CCG from the financial sector having been with both capital and banking institutions, specializing in data analysis and client services.  Sam is responsible for data and business analysis across each of CCG’s strategic business units, fueling CCG growth initiatives, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
